How it all started
Nick's opened on April 1st, 2010 in the heart of Davidson County, North Carolina. Started by Ralph Brauser and his family, Nick's has a passion for fresh, high quality food and supporting the local community. Named after Ralph and Amy's son Nick, it was sold in 2020 to Jeremy and Casey Haynes, lifelong residents of the North Davidson area.
Jeremy prides himself in continuing on the tradition of Nick's, by:
Using fresh, never-frozen local meats, handrolled each day
Daily cut vegetables and in-house made chili, ranch and thousand island dressings
Cooking each order as they are ordered. Nothing is pre-made!
Hand breading massive pork chops and using all beef gourmet hot dogs
We also believe strongly in giving back to the community which supports us and we source our vegetables, meats and more within the local area.
